Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, this role supports members in maximizing the value of their Incite partnership through procurement strategy, operational alignment, vendor engagement, and ongoing business optimization.  </p><p>This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting contract compliance, savings opportunities, operational efficiencies, and long-term member success. The Territory Manager serves as the primary liaison between Incite members, supplier partners, and internal Incite teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable results.  </p><p>While the role spans both food and non-food procurement categories, there is a strong emphasis on dining and foodservice operations within senior living and healthcare environments.  </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>  </p><p><strong>Strategic Member Management</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Serve      as the primary relationship manager for assigned member accounts      throughout the Southeast territory.   </li><li>Develop      a deep understanding of member operations, goals, challenges, and      procurement strategies.   </li><li>Act as      a trusted advisor by delivering customized solutions, operational      guidance, and procurement recommendations.   </li><li>Build      and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, dining teams,      procurement leaders, and operational stakeholders.  </li></ul><p><strong>Business Reviews &amp; Procurement Strategy</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Schedule      and lead strategic Business Reviews focused on:   <ul>   <li>Contract       utilization    </li><li>Spend       trends    </li><li>Savings       opportunities    </li><li>Vendor       performance    </li><li>Operational       alignment   </li></ul>  </li><li>Utilize      data analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities and support      member decision-making.   </li><li>Present      actionable recommendations that improve compliance, operational      efficiency, and overall member value.   </li><li>Support      order guide optimization and purchasing strategies aligned with Incite      programs.  </li></ul><p><strong>Vendor &amp; Program Management</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Collaborate      closely with Incite business partners and vendors to:   <ul>   <li>Improve       member experience    </li><li>Resolve       service concerns    </li><li>Drive       contract compliance    </li><li>Identify       growth opportunities   </li></ul>  </li><li>Monitor      supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed to ensure member      satisfaction.   </li><li>Support      implementation and expansion of Incite programs within assigned accounts.  </li></ul><p><strong>Member Onboarding &amp; Implementation</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Partner      with Business Development, Operations, and vendor teams to support      seamless onboarding experiences.   </li><li>Coordinate      supplier setup, procurement system alignment, and member education during      implementation.   </li><li>Ensure      new members successfully transition into Incite programs with minimal      disruption.  </li></ul><p><strong>Data Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Utilize      Power BI and Incite reporting tools to:   <ul>   <li>Analyze       purchasing behavior    </li><li>Identify       trends and opportunities    </li><li>Support       strategic recommendations    </li><li>Demonstrate       member value   </li></ul>  </li><li>Translate      complex data into clear, member-friendly insights and recommendations.  </li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Collaborate      internally with:   <ul>   <li>Business       Development    </li><li>Operations          </li><li>Business       Partner Development    </li><li>Marketing          </li><li>Analytics         </li></ul>  </li><li>Support      company initiatives, strategic growth opportunities, and member engagement      efforts.  </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong>  </p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>3–5+      years of experience in:   <ul>   <li>Group       Purchasing Organizations (GPO)    </li><li>Foodservice       Distribution    </li><li>Strategic       Sales    </li><li>Procurement          </li><li>Account       Management    </li><li>Customer       Success   </li></ul>  </li><li>Experience      managing multi-site or national accounts preferred.   </li><li>Proven      ability to build relationships and manage complex operational      environments.  </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Bachelor’s      Degree preferred in:   <ul>   <li>Business          </li><li>Hospitality          </li><li>Foodservice       Management    </li><li>Dietetics          </li><li>Culinary       Arts    </li><li>Healthcare       Administration    </li><li>Related       field   </li></ul>  </li><li>Experience      within:   <ul>   <li>Senior       Living    </li><li>Healthcare          </li><li>Foodservice          </li><li>Procurement          </li><li>GPO       environments   </li></ul> </li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp;
